Countdown’s Rachel Riley shows off legs in figure
RACHEL Riley looked sensational as she paraded her hourglass figure on the latest edition of Countdown.
The star looked incredible as she donned a figure-hugging blue and black striped dress on the Channel 4 show.
Rachel's long legs took centre stage as she showed them off as she took up residence at the side of the letters and numbers board on the popular game show.
She opted to accentuate her height by adding a pair of high heels to her attire.
Her striped dress was knitted as it helped to show off her curves as she continued to prove that she has both brains and beauty with her expert maths skills on the programme.
Rachel opted for a messy 'up-do' for her hair as a few strands fell around the edge of her face whilst she kept most of it tucked away in a loose-fitting bun.
During today's episode, the show's host, Colin Murray, ran an interesting idea by Rachel.
He commented on the fact that many viewers of the show watched alongside their cats and dogs which led to him suggesting to the star: "Maybe we should get a Countdown dog?"
Rachel giggled at his suggestion as he went on to add that getting a dog in a similar vein to the BBC's Blue Peter 'would be good for ratings'.
However, for Rachel she did not seem entirely convinced that bringing a pooch on board would be the best decision.
As Colin then admitted he would take care of the dog during non-filming days, Rachel quipped to him: "So, you are trying to get a dog and put it on expenses is what you are trying to say."
Having initially laughed it off and dismissed the suggestion, he then told the star: "That is a great idea!"
Not letting the idea go, the pair chatted over some potential names for the pup.
Looking around at the famous ornaments on his desk, Colin said: "I think I've got it!
"Teapot, Teapot the dog."
Rachel was left seriously unimpressed at the name suggestion as she looked off-camera and to her co-star Susie Dent before saying: "I'm not sure if teapot really works?"
